Previously I talked about conscience and how that evolved with my current level of physical training. Notably a big change is my increasing awareness of my own body as a biological system and not just something mechanical that's attached to my brain…Still I don't know how much water I really need… I just try to have as much as I can…
Tomorrow I'll be riding my longest marathon ever (160km)… The weather forecast tells me we'll probably have mud and rain… Yes this will probably be too much water, but I keep on reminding myself I'm still "just practicing"…
